So hello there folks… I hope you’re all making your way out of your winter cocoons and into the spring sunshine.
Now for those of you who are planning weddings, no doubt your mind keeps wandering, with some anxiety, to not only your appearance on The Day, but also feeling healthy and full of energy so it can be enjoyed to the maximum. Ideally on your special day you would like to squeeze every drop of honey and excitement from as many moments as possible to be able to enjoy the memories in the future.
This is also handy information for anybody on any occasion. Over the next few weeks, and ongoing, I will be sharing my research, knowledge and experience with you (also some amazing secret tips) to help get you feeling in tip top form. You may also find you feel so great that you take this beyond your wedding day and make it a lifestyle choice.
